Realizing the importance of sport and fitness in a balanced lifestyle, Justin competed at regional and national level in various sports, including: Tennis, Athletics, Badminton, Football, Rugby and Martial arts. He qualified himself as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach in 2015. His motivation to keep growing and evolving as a coach comes from his clients achieving their goals. Justin firmly believe in the notion of "Even a small step, is still moving forward".
